Polyimide film adhesive tape ST640/640RL
Properties and Application:
Polyimide Acrylic Tape is made of polyimide film coated with heat-resistant acrylic adhesive, with excellent properties
of heat resistance, electrical insulation, solvent resistance and radiation protection, widely used for insulation in high
grade electrical equipments, motors, Li batteries, and shielding anti high temperature in the progress of assemblage,
F class electrical insulation and electronic industry. ST640RL has release liner of paper or PET film, used for die-cut
of all kinds of high temperature press sensitive small film parts.
